Directions
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with food.

Serving Amount Each capsule provides on average 1000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil providing 180mg of EPA & 120mg of DHA plus 10 mg Vitamin E (100%*). *EC recommended daily allowance.
