Directed use on training days as a PRE WORK OUT: To determine tolerance, begin taking half a serving (1/2 scoop) mixed with 120-180ml of water 20
- 30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1-2 scoops) 20-30 minutes before training begins. Add 120-180ml of water for each serving.

NO3 can also be used as an INTRA WORKOUT product: Mix 1 scoop with 500ml of water & drink as required through your workout for a sustained energy release. During your workout, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
