Post Cycle Therapy
To keep or further enhance your gains it is vitally important you implement a well planned out & quality PCT (post cycle therapy ). The purpose of PCT is to increase natural testosterone as high as possible while lowering the amount of estrogen & harmful effects of SD Matrix. Extreme Labs PCT is perfect suited for this

Recommended Use
1 capsule per serving only. Consume 1 capsule of Generation Nutrition SD Matrix with breakfast & 1 capsule of Generation Nutrition SD Matrix with your evening meal. Consumption with food optimizes absorption. There is 2 ways to take SD Matrix, the manufacturer recommended version is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on 2 weeks off  (total of 8 weeks). This is recommended as it has minimal stress on the liver. The second way is to take SD Matrix for 4 weeks straight, although this way would cause more stress on the liver it is still recommended & would give great results. Once a course of Generation Nutrition SD Matrix is completed it is recommended to have a minimum of 2-3 months off before repeating the cycle.

For example

Week 1- 1 x SD Matrix twice a day and x 1 Extreme Labs OCS 3 times a day

Week 2
- 1 x SD Matrix twice a day and x 1 Extreme Labs OCS 3 times a day

Week 3
- 3 x Extreme Labs PCT caps per day with your evening meal

Week 4
- 3 x Extreme Labs PCT caps per day with your evening meal

Then repeat for weeks 5 to 8
