Megavit® is our highest potency multi-vitamin formula & can be taken at either one or two tablets daily. At two tablets a day this is probably the highest strength multi-vitamin product available in the UK & it is formulated for people who make high physical or mental demands on themselves, such as athletes. The Vitamin A content is the highest strength we provide, & this vitamin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, & the normal function of the immune system. The antioxidant vitamins C & E are also included at high levels because of their free radical scavenging properties, also the B vitamins, are needed for the release of energy from food.
