- Directions For Use

• For adults, add contents of one sachet to 475ml of cold water, milk or juice & thoroughly mix in a shaker or blender
• Increase or decrease amount of beverage added to achieve desired consistency
• Once mixed, the product should be consumed within 20 minutes
• Ensure adequate hydration during & after training
  - Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily
• Use maximum one serving daily
