• Add the contents of sachet (30g) to 250ml of cold water & shake or blend for 5-10 seconds.
• Use up to two servings of Support & Recovery daily.
• Ideal times to use Support & Recovery are:
  • 90 minutes prior to exercise to support nutritional requirements.
  • Immediately after exercise to aid with recovery.
• On days when you do not exercise, use one serving during the day, at any stage between meals.
