MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
For microwave cooking:
Empty content of one packet into a microwave safe dish & stir in 170-180ml of boiling water. Microwave (High  heat) for 30 seconds. Stir & then microwave for a further 30 seconds. Stir as necessary. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before eating.

To fulfil the UK legal requirement of a minimum quantity of carbohydrates & calories to be described as a "meal replacement", the packaging says that 2 sachets =1 meal.
