There is also an instructed warm up & cool down section focusing on some key stretches & gentle Yoga & Pilates moves. Join the next generation of fitness technology; the Vibrapower Slim 2 platform produces an oscillating motion rather than a solely vertical vibration. The key difference between oscillation vibration & piston vibration is that with piston vibration, both legs are simultaneously moving upwards or downwards, but with oscillation vibration, one leg is moving up while the other is moving downwards & can be compared to the action of a see-saw. The platform tilts from side to side over a central fulcrum, lifting one side of your body while at the same time dropping (displacing) the other side. This pattern is switched to & fro at a frequency set on the control panel. Using a vibration machine like the Vibrapower Slim 2 may provide benefits to your normal routine, it helps you to exercise in a different way, just stand on the oscillating plate & do your basic exercises like squats, press ups etc. Whereas between 40 & 60% of the muscles fibres are recruited to perform free-weight or resistance machine exercising, performing similar exercises on a vibration plate like the Vibrapower Slim 2, almost 100% of the target muscles fibres are used. It can also be used to sit on to relax the back muscles or as a foot rest for tired feet. How to use: To use the seat on your Vibrapower Slim 3, open the 4 inner caps & the middle cap on the top of the Vibrapower plate Lift the caps up by pulling on the lip of the cap, it will pop open. The seat has 4 posts which will fit into the 4 inner holes, push down firmly. Next open the cap on top of the seat Then slot the bolt provided through the middle of the seat into the top of the Vibrapower plate. Use the Allen key also provided, to fix the seat into place. Reposition the cap over the hole. CAUTION: The seat must be fixed into place before using it to step or sit on. To remove the seat, use the allen key to loosen the bolt.
