the leather has been
given a slight wax
treatment and specially
brushed to give them a
distressed look. They are
simply stunning,
incredible to touch. They
also come with a
lightweight Vibram sole
unit and padded ankle
supports, offering the
wearer an ultimate

Wing Boot" arrives
offering a taste of two
footwear styles. Firstly
you have the styling of a
traditional mountain
boot, produced using
only the finest suede,
light tan in this case,

addition of some fine
wingtip punched brogue

the thought
of a Clarks
Originals x Loopwheeler
product but not a massive
fan of the classic
Wallabee? Then take
things a bit more
classic(er) as they two
have also produced a
stunning and much
loved Desert Boot.Â
 Loopwheeler produce
some of the best
"Loopwheeled" fabric
around. The Kanekichi Co.
company in the Wakayama
prefecture, Japan,
 are one of the last
remaining companies to
utilise
vintage "Loopwheel"
machines, which produces
super soft and ultra
premium knitted fabric.
Scrapped originally by
companies in the USA in
favour of mass production
capability machines, the
Loopwheel can knit only
one meter of fabric per
hour, infact so slow
that you can actually
count the knits. However,
the finish of the fabric
speaks for itself and its
this fabric that has been
used to fantastic effect
on this classic Desert
Boot. Â The Black &
Combi Grey suede and
fabric upper blends
beautifully. The addition
of the now expected
collaboration leather
lace tab and Loopwheeler
blue heal tab sign off
only adds to their
attraction. Of course the
Crepe sole comes as
standard!! Â Very
limited in production
