We're not quite sure ourselves though what we are certain of is that once again, Yohji Yamamoto has fused together the characteristics of a classic leather shoe with the modern styling of a performance sneaker. A brand new style for Spring-Summer 12, the Adidas Y3 Garde Low gives you everything you want from a luxury sports shoe silhouette. Produced using a ultra-premium soft shine leather upper with velcro fastening and minimal Y3 branding. The leather upper has been unusually split mid-way with canvas-like panelling - which we feel looks fantastic. The modern technology arrives in the shape of the Adidas adiPrene sole unit, specially designed by scientists at Adidas HQ, which adds cushioning and protection whilst absorbing impact in the
