Take 1 capsule with breakfast & a second capsule with your main meal. DO NOT take more than the recommended 2 capsules per day. Only do a maximum course of 4 weeks on XL Rebellion & a minimum of 8 weeks off.

XL Rebellion can have side effects due to its extreme strength. We recommend using at least a good milk thistle supplement alongside XL Rebellion to help protect your liver. We also recommend a good PCT & SERM regime with any strong pro hormone course.
