Week 1 to 4

XL Rebellion
- Take 1 capsule with breakfast & a second capsule with your main meal.

OCS
- Take one capsule three times per day with a glass of water

Week 4 to 8

Extreme Labs PCT -  Take 3 capsules of with your evening meal for 4-8 weeks, followed by a break of at least four weeks before cycling again.
